My name is Patrycja Marut. I started my fitness story 10 years ago. I let myself get to a place where I was uncomfortable with my weight. I joined a gym without any experience and quickly realized that I needed to school myself to be successful.

After finishing the American Academy of Personal Trainers I quickly turned my knowledge into helping others. I follow one simple rule. Your success is my success. I use simple and effective programing with progressive overload.

I became a coach for one reason: to help people. I’m here to help you get to your goal not just physically but also mentally. I’m here to change your body and your mind so you can look better, feel better, be more confident, and change the story of your life. I focus on three major components in my training: nutrition, mindset / recovery, and resistance training. With this system I have helped people get sustainable results, not just quick fixes.

Nutrition

Remember, you can't up-train bad nutrition. Based on your goals you will choose your diet. It is 100% nutrition and 100% physical activity that will help you achieve success!

Mindset/recovery

Sleep is as important for good health as diet and exercise. Good sleep improves your brain performance, mood and health. Not getting enough quality sleep regularly can increase the risk of many diseases and health disorders.

I believe everyone should have access to high-level coaches like me. I will guide you to a better you. My goal is to build people's confidence, not just better their bodies.

I have been lifting weights for years now and over time my goals change and everytime they do I enjoy the process. Seeing what your mind and body is capable of doing is absolute magic. No matter what we do in life we need to enjoy it! Resistance training not only changed my clients’ body composition but also the way I think, move, and deal with everyday problems.
