What you will find in this program


This program is built to increase the size of your glute and make your legs look strong and toned.

There are 3 phases of this program. Each phase is 4 weeks. Each day will include focus on glute muscle, and will rotate between hamstring and quads.

Each workout starts with activation. Beginning with core and ending with compound lifts. The duration of a single workout runs 45-60 minutes.

First Phase

In this block of training you will learn basic compound movements which will lead to building muscle foundation. Main focus is movements such as Dead Lifts, Squats and Hip Thrusts.

Second Phase

In this phase you will continue learning proper form. We will lower reps and start using more tools like barbell to load that body and keep progression. Focusing on building strength and muscle mass.

Third Phase

In this phase we will use both rep ranges low and high, in addition we will add high intensity finisher at the end of session to help that hard work reveal itself.

My name is Patrycja Marut. I started my fitness story 10 years ago. I let myself get to a place where I was uncomfortable with my weight. I joined a gym without any experience and quickly realized that I needed to school myself to be successful.

After finishing the American Academy of Personal Trainers I quickly turned my knowledge into helping others. I follow one simple rule. Your success is my success. I use simple and effective programing with progressive overload.

In the second e-mail you will receive a link to the app asking you to download it and install it on your mobile device or register in it via your computer. During installation and registration, you fill in a questionnaire with the data necessary to start the program and prepare a nutrition plan.

You will receive a nutrition plan within 5 days after registration. It will be tailored to your goals, your individual caloric needs and the distribution of macronutrients needed for success. The developed plan will be adjusted to achieve the best possible results during the program implementation. You will receive 3 sample days with full meal descriptions, recipes and ingredients list. You can change each day freely by changing the meals in the app.

From here, you can start your training plan. A training plan and a nutrition plan will be waiting for you in the app. While implementing the plan, you can freely contact me. If you need to replace certain exercises, you can do so in the app.

On the day you start exercising, you will be asked to measure your body. These measurements will be your circumferences and weight. In addition to 3 photos of the silhouette from front, side and back view. Going forward, every 2 weeks you will take up to date photos. This will help us monitor the effects of the program.

After completing the last day of the training plan, you will be asked to take final body measurements and final posture photos. It will also be time to summarize the entire program and its effects.

I wouldn’t recommend it! Think of your body as a resistance band, one is cold from the fridge another warm from sunlight. which is more likely to snap first? If you’re in a rush, even a quick 2-5 min jog is better than nothing at all or do a couple sets with bodyweight only.
In the app you will find multiple choices of diferent exercises. Choose one that works the same muscle group. If you have truble please contact me and I”ll help you with what exercise would be best.
If your main goal is to loose weight it will be necessary to eat in a caloric deficit. If you are very new to lifting weights and building muscle, moderate caloric deficit will allow you to achive body recomposition, which is loosing fat and building muscle at the same time. if you are an advanced level chances are smaller to achive substantial body  recomposition but not impassible. Caloric surplus is needed for optimal progress and building that back side.
Consistency is the key here. Master these movments, get strong and create training stimulus to finish the program strong.
