Thanks to years of experience and many successful results i design this program to help you step by step build body you dreamed of.
You will be doing 3 sessions of lower body per week (Monday/ Wednesday/ Friday ) focused on compound movements.
In these 12 weeks you will have verity of high rep days and lower rep.
You will have strength, functionality and hypertrophy training.
What do you need for this program is a gym access, you need weight to grow, resistance band for glute activation and will to work hard!
There is 3 phases of the program, each phase is 4 weeks.
1st stage is foundation. In this phase you will learn basic movement that will lead to compound lifts and set you for safe annd proper workouts.
2nd phase focuses on your strength and lifting heavier with longer rest periods and lower rep range. This phase is continues of building that mass and getting stronger.
In 3rd phase you will move faster with shorter breaks and bit higher rep range. in this phase you will start leaning out and reviling those muscles, by moving faster with shorter breaks but still staying with compound movement. High volume training is great way to burn fat and build muscle at the same time.
Each day includes glute muscle, but you will rotate between hamstring and quads.
Each workout starts with activation, then core and last your compound lifts.
First phase is a preparation for hypotrophy
